Lancer Skincare is a prestige beauty brand located on Rodeo Drive in the heart of Beverly Hills, California. The company develops and markets high-performance skincare solutions based on The Lancer Method, a revolutionary anti-aging protocol developed by renowned dermatologist Harold A. Lancer MD.

The Solution

Aureate Labs handled a smooth update, customized Magento extensions, and enhanced the overall performance of the website. We integrated the online store with a WordPress blog both to offer expert skincare guidance and to promote the products.

Customer Engagement

We’ve migrated & integrated Magento1 reward points to the Yotpo loyalty & referrals program.We also integrated Yotpo review for easy reviews & feedback from customers thus enhancing customer engagement.

User Experience

We developed a skin quiz as a virtual skincare assistant to recommend best suited lancer method products to customers based on their daily routine and skin types. Klevu search is integrated for a better catalog searching experience. We also built a custom extension to send the orders to the warehouse to get delivered faster to the customer.

Increased Sales Conversions

We migrated & integrated Klaviyo and Mandrill integration for personalised marketing, abandoned basket emails and transactional emails delivery. To connect more shoppers with the products, we;ve also integrated the criteo onetag.

Enhanced Ecommerce

Enhanced analytics functionality built into the website using Google Tag Manager to give greater insight for CRO.

Checkout UX redesign

client highlighted a desire to improve the performance & user experience while checkout. A tailor made checkout UX design was incorporated to meet specific business needs of the client.
